Do we Outsource or Subcontract any part of our Service?

Do we engage any third parties as sub-processors to process client PII?

No.
Our organisation does not engage third-party sub-processors to independently process client personal data as part of our service provision.

Where we utilise associate consultants to support delivery, they operate under contract as authorised personnel of our organisation. They are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations equivalent to those imposed on our employees and act strictly under our instruction. They do not act as independent processors.

Personal data may be processed by technology providers and other third-parties. See details here: Sub Processors.

Do we subcontract any part of the services provided to third parties (other than data sub-processing)?

Yes.

We may utilise appropriately qualified associate consultants to support the delivery of consultancy and auditing services where required. These individuals operate under our direction and contractual control and are subject to confidentiality, information security, and professional conduct obligations equivalent to those applied to employees.

All responsibility for service delivery remains with our organisation.

Do we outsource any services?

No.

Our organisation does not outsource the services provided to clients. All services are delivered under our direct management, quality procedures, and contractual responsibility.

Where appropriate, we may engage suitably qualified associate consultants to provide additional expertise or resource to support delivery. These individuals operate under contract with our organisation and work under our direction and supervision. They are bound by confidentiality, information security, and professional conduct obligations equivalent to those applied to employees.

Full responsibility and accountability for service delivery always remains with our organisation.
