Introduction

This policy forms part of our group integrated management system.  

We are committed to running sustainable businesses by identifying those aspects that have an impact on the environment and finding ways to reduce or off-set that impact, including prevention of pollution related to our business activities.  

Environmental Objectives

Through our group objectives programme we maintain specific, measurable, actionable, results-based and time-bound environmental objectives, with the intention of ensuring our activities are sustainable and emphasise our commitment to the protection of the environment. 

Aspects & Impacts

Through a detailed understanding of our processes, we have analysed aspects that have an environmental impact and established targets to reduce or off-set that impact.

Key environmental aspects include:

• Consultant Travel to Clients,
• Energy used by Cloud Services & Data Centres,
• Energy & Waste as a result of Operating Workspaces.

Legal, Contractual & Other Requirements

As a responsible and progressive company, we are committed to complying with all relevant legislation, contracts and any other requirements we have subscribed to including trade bodies and codes of conduct. We manage these requirements through our legal register which is updated regularly by our information services team. 

Environmental Awareness

To ensure that all relevant staff, customers and third parties are aware of our sustainability mission, and their particular responsibilities within it, this policy is communicated and supported by regular awareness and training activity.

Continual Improvement

We are committed to continued improvement of sustainability of our business as part of our risk based IMS to grow our activities in a sustainable and responsible way.

Fully Supported

This policy, and the entire IMS, is fully supported by the company’s board, compliance team and team members.
